Nalut University holds a meeting to present its human resources management system as part of digital transformation efforts.

As part of Nalut University's efforts to develop electronic systems and enhance digital transformation, a meeting was held this morning at the university's headquarters to present the Human Resources Management System, attended by the university president, the vice presidents, and the directors of the relevant departments and offices.

The meeting was opened by the Director of the Information and Documentation Center with a welcoming speech for the attendees, emphasizing that this meeting comes as part of the center's efforts to develop the administrative and academic work environment, and to build an integrated electronic system that contributes to enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance, improving the quality of services provided, and supporting the university's direction towards modern digital management.

The meeting reviewed the main challenges associated with the traditional procedures and systems currently in place, along with the difficulties arising from data management, the multiplicity of its sources, reliance on paper-based processes, and the difficulty of obtaining accurate reports and statistics in a timely manner. This necessitates the adoption of modern technological solutions that align with the requirements for institutional development and modernization.

The Information and Documentation Center also presented a detailed overview of the Human Resource Management System, which the center developed and adapted to fit the administrative and academic structure of Nalut University. The aim was to create a unified central database, automate administrative procedures, and improve human resource management at the university level.

The attendees emphasized the importance of implementing modern electronic systems due to their role in standardizing data, enhancing performance efficiency, improving administrative and academic procedures, supporting quality and institutional accreditation requirements, and promoting the principles of governance and transparency.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the importance of continuing cooperation and coordination among the various departments and units of the university was emphasized, as well as the need to complete the requirements for implementing the system, which contributes to the development of institutional performance and the enhancement of administrative and academic services at Nalut University.
