Tasks and Responsibilities:
The Graduate Studies and Training Department is responsible for preparing and implementing graduate study plans at the university for faculty members, teaching assistants, employees, and others from various workplaces within the university's jurisdiction. The department is also responsible for taking the necessary actions regarding sending faculty members and teaching assistants affiliated with the university abroad for the purpose of pursuing graduate studies, and it exercises its responsibilities through the following offices:
graduate studies
- Receiving nominations from various workplaces – including the university's relevant organizational divisions – for the purpose of domestic graduate studies, and classifying and categorizing them.
Training
- Contributing to the development of project plans and training programs that the university intends to implement its program.
missions
- Receiving nominations from various workplaces – including the university's relevant organizational divisions – for the purposes of higher education abroad and categorizing and organizing them.

- It is responsible for taking the necessary measures regarding the contracting of graduates for the position of teaching assistant at the university.
