As part of enhancing ways to integrate Libyan heritage into the educational system, a delegation from Nalut University participated today, Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in the activities of the scientific workshop titled "Libyan Heritage: From Legacy to Educational and Teaching Practice," which was held in the city of Tripoli in the presence of Dr. Faisal Abdulazim Al-Abdali, Director General of the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research.
Representing the university at this national event are:
Mr. Mohamed Farid Harnaz, Deputy for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
Mr. Ramadan Youssef Askar, Director of the Libraries, Publications, and Publishing Department.
The workshop discussed mechanisms for utilizing Libyan heritage, with its material and immaterial components, as an effective educational tool aimed at reinforcing cultural identity among emerging generations and linking educational curricula to our authentic civilizational and historical heritage.
This participation comes within the framework of Nalut University’s commitment to keeping up with modern national visions in developing curricula and building the learner's personality in a way that ensures the enhancement of their national belonging.
