In a step aimed at building bridges for scientific communication and developing joint work, Dr. Ibrahim Salem Mohammed, President of Zintan University, received Prof. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, President of Nalut University, in his office on the morning of Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
The meeting was marked by the distinguished presence of Dr. Ibrahim Al-Azizi, Dean of the College of Energy and Mining, along with a select group of faculty members.
The two sides discussed an ambitious vision to enhance cooperation in several vital areas, including:

- Establish effective mechanisms for exchanging academic visits between faculty members and students.
