Scientific contribution by Dr. Mohamed Othman Abd Al-Sayed
As part of the cooperation between higher education institutions and the exchange of scientific expertise, Dr. Mohamed Othman Abdelsayed, Associate Professor of Public Law, Head of the Faculty Members Committee at Nalut University, and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Al-Ruhaybat branch, participated on Monday, December 8, 2025, alongside specialized professors, in conducting the comprehensive exam for doctoral students in the Public Law Department at the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies at its headquarters in Janzour. This is one of the activities that reflects a serious and solid academic journey, in which our esteemed professors contribute their knowledge, experience, and diligence in evaluating graduate students, assessing their research, and supporting researchers in their academic endeavors.
