Participation of the President of Nalut University, Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, in the International Scientific Summit for Combating Financial Crimes and National Security Threats
The President of Nalut University, Professor Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, participated this morning, Monday (August 3, 2026), in the city of Zawiya, in the activities of the International Scientific Summit for Combating Financial Crimes and National Security Threats, held under the slogan (Towards a Comprehensive Preventive System).
This participation reaffirms the importance of the academic and research role of educational institutions and Libyan universities in supporting security and financial decision-making, and in developing preventive and legislative mechanisms to address serious challenges such as money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
The summit witnessed a distinguished attendance of several security and regulatory leaders, academics, and local and international experts, to enhance equity and institutional integration both locally and regionally.
