Nalut University participates in the national initiative (Tamkeen) to develop administrative cadres

As part of the vision of Nalut University to enhance the efficiency of its members and improve institutional performance in line with modern technological developments, Mr. Riyad Suleiman Jernaz, Dean of the Faculty of Education at Nalut, participated in the specialized training course on:

"Using artificial intelligence to develop managerial skills"

The activities of this course were held in the auditorium of the Higher Institute of Science and Technology in Nalut, from April 26 to 30, 2026, under the direct supervision of His Excellency the Minister of Civil Service, and organized by the Nalut Civil Service Office. The course targeted 62 employees from the leadership and administrative cadres of the municipalities of (Nalut, Wazin, Kabao, Al-Haraba, and Al-Hawamid).

This participation reaffirms the university's commitment to its responsibility towards community service, through interaction with national initiatives that bring together various municipalities in the region. It is also a fundamental pillar within the plans for quality development at the university, by integrating artificial intelligence tools into administrative work, in addition to enhancing knowledge in administrative law and financial regulations, to create a smart work environment that is more responsive to the demands of the era.

The training program focused on integrating artificial intelligence tools into daily administrative work, in addition to enhancing knowledge in:

• Administrative Law and Labor Relations.

• Financial regulations governing the public sector. This is to create a smart work environment that is more responsive to the demands of the digital age.

The national initiative "Tamkeen" is considered a strategic project overseen by the Ministry of Civil Service and implemented by the National Institute of Administration, and it aims to:

• Enhancing the efficiency of human resources: to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.

• Digital Transformation: Integrating modern technology and artificial intelligence into management practices.

• Institutional reform: Based on the principle that the development of the "employee" is the cornerstone of reforming the state's administrative apparatus.
