Outstanding scientific participation by the Director of the Research and Scientific Consulting Center at Nalut University in the Fourth Agricultural Sciences Conference
With the participation of a select group of academics and researchers, Dr. Nagy Al-Hadi Aburas, Director of the Research and Scientific Consulting Center at Nalut University, participated in the activities of the Fourth Scientific Conference on Agricultural Sciences, which was hosted by the Faculty of Agriculture at Misrata University on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
Dr. Nagy presented a specialized scientific paper titled:
"A comparative study of the effect of variety and harvesting method on the marketing quality of three varieties of oranges"
The study addressed the analysis of factors affecting crop quality and methods to improve the marketing value of citrus products, in line with the conference slogan: "Food security is our responsibility... and sustainable agriculture is our path."
This conference is a vital platform for linking scientific research to sustainable development, where the sessions witnessed in-depth discussions on plant and animal production and smart agriculture technologies, with the presence of leaders from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Misrata University.
