The Nalut University participated this morning, Tuesday, represented by the Director of the Follow-up and Performance Evaluation Office at the university, Mr. Ahmed Farid Jernaz, in the first meeting of the directors of follow-up offices at higher education and scientific research institutions. The meeting was held at the ministry's headquarters, chaired by the Director of the Follow-up and Performance Evaluation Office at the ministry, Dr. Samir Kershman, and attended by a group of office directors from universities, the Libyan Academy, and ministry office staff.
Highlights of the meeting:
Support for Institutional Work: Conveying the greetings of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and his affirmation of support for and development of the monitoring and performance evaluation system to enhance institutional performance.
Developing Work Mechanisms: Discussing ways to enhance the operations of follow-up offices and standardizing the models and administrative procedures in use.
Enhancing joint coordination: Activating direct cooperation channels between the ministry and universities to improve performance efficiency and achieve strategic goals.
Future Planning: A review of several practical proposals that ensure performance quality and elevate the level of work.
