The delegations participating in the second meeting of the Supreme Council of Libyan Universities gathered at the Central Library of Nalut University to take part in its inauguration, led by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Al-Dbeib, along with his accompanying delegation, several heads of Libyan universities, as well as directors of departments, centers, and offices affiliated with the ministry.
They were received by the President of Nalut University, the deans of the colleges, and the directors of the centers, departments, and offices at the university, coinciding with the second meeting of the Supreme Council of Libyan Universities for the year 2026.
