The auditorium of the Nalut Medical Technology College witnessed a festive atmosphere filled with appreciation and pride this morning, as a ceremony was held to honor a select group of faculty members participating in the advanced training course "Training of Trainers (TOT)," which was conducted in collaboration with Al-Rasheed Academy for Training, Consulting, and Leadership Development during September 2025.

The ceremony was attended by the university president, Professor Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, the university vice president for academic affairs, Dr. Saleh Said Al-Alawi, the director of the Center for Scientific Research, Consultations, and Training at the university, Dr. Naji Al-Hadi Aburas, the head of the academy and international trainer, Dr. Rashid Ali Al-Mihyoub, Dr. Fathi Al-Tarhouni, and a group of esteemed faculty members from the university.

This kind gesture comes in appreciation of the outstanding efforts and fruitful collaboration made by the participants, as this course has effectively contributed to the development of national competencies and the enhancement of academic and professional performance within the university's halls.

In a gesture of appreciation, the President of Al-Rasheed Academy presented the "Excellence Shield" to the President of Nalut University; as a token of gratitude for his leadership role, generous sponsorship, and continuous support for the training and development journey at the university.

At the end of the ceremony, the university president and the deputy distributed certificates of appreciation and gratitude to those in charge of the course, and certificates of successful completion of the course were also distributed to the trainees, amidst an atmosphere of joy and optimism.
