Orientation meeting for new students at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Nalut University
The Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Nalut University held an introductory forum for new students for the academic year Fall 2026/2025 on Monday, December 1, 2025. This event was organized by the Student Activities Department of the faculty in collaboration with the Student Union. The forum was opened with a speech by the Dean of the faculty, Dr. Elias Abubakr Al-Baroni, who welcomed the new students and encouraged them to strive for diligence, hard work, and excellence.
Following that, there was a visual presentation that included an overview of the college's history since its establishment. The President of Nalut University, Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, also delivered a welcoming speech to the students and an introduction to Nalut University.
The activities of the forum were held in the college auditorium; they included welcoming new students and introducing the study system and academic departments of the college. Additionally, there was a focus on the regulations and laws governing the educational process within the college.
The forum aims to help new students adapt to university life and clarify the academic requirements and available study paths for them.
