Nalut University signs two cooperation and partnership agreements with the College of Engineering Project Management to organize the first international conference (1st ICEPM 2026)
As part of Nalut University's ongoing efforts to enhance the prospects of academic and scientific cooperation with higher education institutions and to expand its strategic partnerships, the office of the university president at the main administration building witnessed the signing ceremony of two cooperation and partnership agreements with the College of Engineering Project Management on the morning of Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
Each party was represented at the signing ceremony by:
- About Nalut University (the first party): Mr. Professor Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, in his capacity as the President of the University.
- Regarding the College of Engineering Project Management (the second party): Mr. Dr. / Mohammed Qassem Al-Zughbi, in his capacity as the Dean of the College.
The ceremony included the signing of two main agreements, which are:
First: Scientific and Academic Cooperation Agreement
This agreement comes as a confirmation of the principle of joint cooperation in the scientific, educational, technical, and cultural fields, as well as in scientific research and training programs. It aims to exchange experiences and knowledge between the two institutions, recognizing the importance of collaborative work in deepening cooperative relations and advancing the development and progress in the higher education sector.
Secondly: Partnership Agreement for Organizing the First International Conference on Engineering Project Management
Based on a deep belief in the role of scientific research and higher education institutions in supporting sustainable development and the reconstruction process in Libya, the two parties agreed on a strategic partnership to organize and implement the activities of the "1st International Conference on Engineering Project Management" (1st ICEPM 2026), and to unify efforts to ensure the success of this prominent scientific event.
The university administration confirms that these steps are part of its comprehensive vision to enhance scientific research and open new horizons for knowledge exchange that serves the educational process and the community.
