The Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies - Gharian Branch,
On the morning of Monday, December 15, 2025, a successful public discussion was held for the master's thesis presented by researcher Professor Ibtihaj Abu Bakr Al-Suwaidi Abu Sha'ira, who is enrolled in the Department of Diplomatic Studies at the School of Strategic and International Studies. The title of the thesis: (The Impact of International and Regional Changes on Libyan National Security 2011 - 2024). The committee approved the master's thesis, praising the distinguished scientific effort that the researcher put into this vital and important topic.
The esteemed committee was formed of:

In conclusion, the committee expressed its sincere wishes for researcher Ibtihaj Abu Bakr Al-Suwaidi Abu Sha'ira for continued success and achievement in her academic and professional journey.
