As part of enhancing academic cooperation and promoting Libyan higher education institutions, Dr. Ramadan Ibrahim Shiboub, Director of the International Cooperation Office at Nalut University, participated on Monday, January 19, 2026, in the activities of the "International Cooperation Offices Forum" hosted by Al-Zawiya University.
The forum was held under the title "Competitive Integration Among Libyan Universities: A Strategic Approach to Building Effective Partnerships with European Universities," carrying the slogan: "Competition for Quality... Integration for Globality."
The focus of the forum was on:
- التحول نحو نموذج "التكامل التنافسي الذكي" لتعزيز الشراكات الدولية.
- بحث سبل رفع الجودة الأكاديمية بما يتماشى مع المعايير العالمية.
- تطوير آليات التقديم للمشاريع التنافسية الممولة من المفوضية الأوروبية، وعلى رأسها برنامج +Erasmus.
This participation embodies the vision of Nalut University in opening up to international experiences and its relentless pursuit of institutional excellence through the establishment of effective strategic partnerships.
